Patient Policies & Financial Terms

Patient Policies & Financial Terms

We want your first visit and our payment terms to be clear before you book. These policies describe what to expect from our care and your choices as a patient.

Payment and first visit

Method is a cash-pay / self-pay practice. Your first visit is a pelvic health evaluation. Specific details about the visit length, the fee, and any deposit required to reserve your appointment will be confirmed with you when you book, and will also be included here before this page is finalized.

Any package or recommended plan of care will be discussed with you before you decide whether to proceed.

HSA and FSA cards are welcome, and a superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurer.

Packages and payment

If you choose a package or series of services, we will explain its price, included services, payment schedule, and any expiration or refund terms before you purchase. We will add the approved terms here once they are confirmed.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrivals

Because we set aside dedicated, one-on-one time for each appointment, please contact us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. The required notice period, any late-cancellation or missed-appointment consequences, and our late-arrival practice will be listed here once confirmed.

To cancel or reschedule, email us at support@methodpelvichealthco.com with your name and appointment date.

Questions about a charge

For questions about a charge or payment, contact us at support@methodpelvichealthco.com. Please include your name and appointment date. Do not email full payment-card details or sensitive health information.

Care, consent, and your choices

Your care should be collaborative and respectful. Before an examination or treatment, your clinician will explain what is being proposed and answer your questions. Some pelvic health evaluations may involve a sensitive or internal examination. Your clinician will explain the purpose and steps before proceeding.

You may ask questions, decline any part, pause, or withdraw consent. Your choices will be respected and documented.

You may ask about having a chaperone or support person present. Method’s chaperone and support-person procedure, including any limits, will be described here once confirmed so we can describe it accurately.

Consent to care is separate from permission to use a photograph, recording, or testimonial for marketing.

Adults and in-person care

Method currently provides in-person services to adults and does not offer telehealth. Please contact us if you have questions about whether our services are appropriate for you.

We do not treat minors. If you are seeking care for someone under 18, please contact a qualified provider who treats minors.
